Teaching Assistant | Intern
Scope of work
Academic Duties:
– Assess the performance of students’ entrance exams and determine the academic performance of students via Final Tests.
– Help grade student’s homework (when requested).
– Administrate and manage students’ attendance and class work and report back to the Academic Department.
– Host tutor sessions to help students gain insight into their personal academic performance.
– Assist students in Self-study Time (whenever possible).
Centre Support Duties (Administration):
– Create content and assist the marketing process via digital channels including but not limited to Website articles, Facebook Fanpage posts, TikTok videos.
– Support teachers with materials and other in-class equipment.

Academic and other requirements
– Tertiary student (sophomore year onward; English Language Major is highly preferred).
– English language certificates meeting our minimum requirements: Overall IELTS Band score of at least 6.5 or equivalent qualifications.
OR
– GPA of at least 3.0 (or 7/10) in the most recent semester (only for English Language Major students).
– Excellent English skills.
– Handle requests and complaints.
– Team Working and communication skills.
– Good Microsoft Office Skills.

Working time and Benefits
– 4 hours of work at the centre in the afternoon and/or evening – to be arranged by the Academic Department).
– Work for at least 3 to 5 days per week (Monday to Friday).
– Internship Allowance (40,000 VND to 50,000 VND per hour).
– Provide an affixed seal for the Internship Report.
