Sales Supervisor

1. Scope of work:
1.1. Handle personal tasks:
– Consulting and persuading students to join ISE’s English courses.
– Making monthly sales plans to complete the required personal sales targets.
– Building trust, developing long-term relationships and supporting existing students at the center to
increase the number of new students through referral and re-enrollment channels.
– Ensuring the best quality of follow-up services to students to help them achieve their learning goals.
1.2. Handle team tasks:
– Delivering training and coaching sessions to team members, ensuring that the educational
consultants follow the company rules and regulations.
– Ensuring the whole team and members’ performances.
– Being responsible for updating the managers with diverse information, making reports and plans.
1.3. Other administration tasks and as assigned by Managers

2. Requirements:
– Experience in consulting with high sales performances.
– Experience in leading a group of members is a plus.
– English communication skills at Intermediate level and above.
